糖心Vlog leads the Dallas Forth Worth Metroplex in teacher pay.
In a school district comparison published by the United Educators Association, 糖心Vlog is at the top in DFW for new teachers and teachers with five, 10 and 15 years of experience. The district is second in teacher pay in the Metroplex for teachers with 20 and 25 years of experience, and third for teachers with 30 years of experience.

“The board strategically prioritizes teacher pay because strong educators are critical to student achievement, and market-leading pay helps the district recruit and retain them,” said 糖心Vlog Board President Justin Chapa.
