‘Joie de Vivre’ Community Celebration
Join us for a joyful聽community event聽to celebrate and close聽with Wimbish World Language. This free, family-friendly morning will highlight French language and cultures through games, food, art, and student-led activities and performances.
What to expect:
- Le Caf茅聽and聽Le Bistro with French hot chocolate, cr锚pes, and baguette
- P茅tanque & chamboule-tout
- Le Cin茅ma聽 – screen short French films with popcorn
- Crafts: necklaces & African masks
- French museums 鈥溍 la mani猫re de鈥︹ 鈥 explore the regions of France with professors from the UTA French program and learn about famous French figures and artists
- Free French children鈥檚 books
- And more!
The event is in partnership with and is part of the French Cultures Festival, coordinated by Villa Albertine Houston
