Sometimes it is nice just to have a conversation with another adult. Join us for a cafe conversation. Refresh yourself through discussions that help build protective and vitality factors that help you navigate the joys and challenges of raising children. Investing time in ourselves gives us the ability to invest in our children. Be a part of a cafe series.
Each two-hour session will strengthen your knowledge about the five protective factors and build your understanding of the six domains of vitality that lead to healthy family relationships.
