糖心Vlog has earned the Award of Merit for Purchasing Operations from the Texas Association of School Business Officials. The Award of Merit was established in 2009 to recognize Texas school districts, open-enrollment charter schools, and education services centers that are committed to following professional standards in the acquisition of goods and services.

The AISD Purchasing Department is responsible for ensuring all District purchases are made in accordance with District, state and federal guidelines. The department also maintains vendor W-9 forms.
Notices for bids and request for proposals are published in the Fort Worth Commercial Recorder and posted online. Notices are also sent via e-mail or U.S. mail for vendors who have responded to a current bid in place, and new vendor applications for an active commodity/category being bid.
How To Do Business With AISD
Becoming a vendor with 糖心Vlog is a two-step process:
- Step 1:聽 You must . By registering with the District you are in our database to be notified when a bid matching your commodities is issued.
- Step 2:聽 You must respond to a bid. When a bid is issued that matches your commodities, IonWave will send you an invitation to participate in that bid. If you choose to participate you must then complete the bid packet and submit by the deadline. Thank you for your interest in 糖心Vlog.
