I am ready to retire; what do I do first?
To initiate the retirement process, contact the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) at 1-800-223-8778. Employees must request their own TRS retirement packet and advisors are available to help with questions.
What does 糖心Vlog need from me?
Submit your form as soon as you have confirmed your retirement eligibility date with TRS.
What should I expect from the HR Customer Service Department?
After HR Customer Service has processed your separation from 糖心Vlog, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your retirement.
What should I expect from the HR Leaves Department?
Once HR Leaves receives your retirement notification, you will receive an email containing 糖心Vlog retirement information along with optional benefits paperwork. Please ensure that your personal email address is updated in Frontline/Employee Service Center.
What should I expect from the Payroll Department?
The payroll department will electronically complete the TRS Retirement Certification after your last paycheck has been processed. There is no formal notification provided to the employee.
